Our Leadership Team

Johann Grandia, CFP®

Director

Johann started his career in the South African financial services industry in 2005 at Allan Gray, Africa’s largest privately-owned investment management company. Since 2015 Johann has provided financial planning, risk insurance and investment advice services to clients as a certified financial planner (CFP®).

Johann holds a BCom and BCom (Hons) in Financial Analysis from the University of Stellenbosch and a MCom in Financial Management from the University of Pretoria.

Chris Van Wyk

Director

Chris is a qualified attorney (BComm LLB, LLM – cum laude, Stellenbosch University). He started his legal career at Van der Spuy and Partners where he completed his articles and joined the firm on a permanent basis. During his articles he completed his LLM degree in International Trade Law at the University of Stellenbosch.

He is a specialist in South African Black Economic Empowerment legislation and co-authored various publications and legislation in this field and is still operationally involved in professional businesses in this sector.

He also heads up the Mauritian based investment holding company called CM Global which is invested in diverse business interests including ESG, property development and software development and holds board positions in various local and multinational businesses.

Providing access to personal risk products such as life, funeral, disability and illness insurance ensures that we are able to construct a product solution for our clients that can cater for any and all personal risk cover needs.

We further specialise in providing risk products such as travel insurance which is coverage designed to protect against risks and financial losses that could happen while traveling.
